The name record contains the names of atom types and groups. The format is:
name Natom Latom Ngroup Lgroup atomnametype1 ... groupnametype1 ...
The keyword name is followed by the number of atom types: Natom, the maximum width of atom type names: Latom, the number of groups (residues): Ngroup and the maximum width of group names: Lgroup. Natom must be at least as large as the largest atom type number in the type record. Ngroup must be at least as large as the largest group number in the type record. Atom type and group names can contain any printable character. Example:
name 9 4 2 4HB1 HB2 HB3 HD21 HD22 ND2 OD1 CB CG ALA ASN
Names for nine atom types and 2 groups. Atom type 1 has the name "HB1", atom type 2 the name "HB2" and so on. Both the atom type and group names will not exceed four characters although none of the group names are more than three characters wide. Note that you can group the names in any reasonable way but they must be in proper order.
